I'm interested in the language of abstraction, and I often use a collage of watercolor paper, upon which I layer oil and cold wax to express layers of experience and emotion.  Different media behave in their own individual ways, and I allow the strengths of each medium to contribute to the overall expression of the piece.  I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Florida, and I'm a member of Oil Painters of America.  My work appears in private collections throughout the country.
