DAILY PAINTING:

"Sorry, Wrong Number" COMPLETED

10-5-15: In spite of the rain, I believe this painting is largely finished! I'm sure I'll have to tweak it in a day or two, after I've had a chance to get some distance from it.

Since the large number elements were done, I turned my attention to the smaller text elements and got those painted in. It's a good thing I have a high tolerance for tedium! Tiny little letters!

But at least I know that the color relationships are working well. Maybe a few value adjustments remain. But all in all, it's a far cry from the plain black and white collage we started with.
