DAILY PAINTING:

The time spent cutting letters has given me a chance to rethink the background. I began to wonder if it should be warmer, because I felt the figure was "fighting" against so much cool color. I wanted it to be a bit more harmonious. So I've done a 3/4 scale pastel, which I think confirms my gut feeling. Warm is better!
